3.1. Groovkit Services: Groovkit services are available to you when you install the application. By subscribing to the services, you agree to be a subscriber (“Subscriber”) for the period you choose. Pricing details can be found in the app. Changes to pricing will not affect the Subscriber’s current subscription term and will apply from the date of subscription renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew by default at the end of the billing period, as supported by your payment method.

3.2. Auto-Renewal: By default, the renewal period matches the original subscription’s billing period. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your selected payment method. To stop auto-renewal, you can turn it off in the subscriptions section.

3.3. Return Policy: Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store or platform where you downloaded Groovkit.

4. License

Unless otherwise stated, Groovkit and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Groovkit. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this material from Groovkit for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms.

You must not:

• Republish material from Groovkit
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Groovkit
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Groovkit
• Redistribute content from Groovkit

We are not responsible for any content that appears on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your App.
